Q 1.How can I book movie tickets using the CineRewardz Vouchers?
There are 2 simple Steps:
Step 1. Registration
A1.It is Simple.Every Cine Voucher/ Card contains a Registration No.(CRN) either on the paper voucher, thru sms or email. You are required to register this within 30 days of receiving the CRN. For Registration, visit www.cinerewardz.com. On registration you receive an Authentication Number by email or via sms as specified at the time of registration.

Step 2: Booking Request
For giving Booking Request you have to visit www.cinerewardz.com, Select Booking Tab andfill-up the Booking Request Form.
Please note that this process has to be done before the voucher expiry date mentioned in your voucher, email or SMS. It is mandatory to give two choices for getting easy availability.

Once you book, you will receive your movie ticket code 48hours prior to the show on your mobile or email. Present this at the BOX Office Window and you will receive a paper ticket .

Q 2.Can I book the tickets directly at the multiplex?
A2.No. The tickets cannot be booked directly at the multiplex. Tickets can only be booked by as per the process given above in A1.

Q 3.Are these CineRewardz vouchers transferable?
A3.CineRewardz vouchers are not transferable.

Q 4.What is the validity of the CineRewardz Voucher?
A4.The validity is mentioned on the voucher or email. However the vouchers have to be registered within the period mentioned overleaf on the vouchers or within 30 days of receiving them whichever is earlier or they expire. Once registered the vouchers are good for booking up to the validity date mentioned.

Q 5.How do I cancel/amend tickets once they are booked ?
A5.Once the tickets are booked you cannot cancel /amend the booking

Q 6.Will I get the show and movie of my choice?
A6.Yes you will. Do remember to give two unique options of date and multiplex/theatre. The show timings could vary +/- 2 hours.

Q 7.Are these vouchers valid across all shows and all kind of seating?
A7.The CineRewardz vouchers are valid for booking for shows as mentioned on the type of voucher/ card you hold.
The voucher is valid for best available silver class seats and not valid for release of new movies in first week, special screenings, paid preview, premier and gold class seats.

Q 8.Can I choose the seats?
A8.The seats choice is not available .You will be provided the best available seats at the time of booking.

Q 9.I have the vouchers and my friends would like to join me. Can CineRewardz book them ?
A9. Cinerewardz booking services is to facilitate bookings for special customers only .This service is not open to book for all.

Q 10.Can I do advance booking for forthcoming movies?
A.10.No. The booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie.

Q.11.What is the maximum and minimum time required to book the tickets?
A.11.Tickets can be booked minimum of 2 days and maximum of 7 days in advance .Tickets cannot be booked earlier than 7 days as the schedules of the multiplexes are very dynamic and is subject to change over a short notice

Q.12.What if I show the movie ticket number at the ticket window and it is not exchanged for movie tickets?
A.12.This can only happen if you present the wrong information at the box office. Please remember the number that you have to show is the ticket number and NOT the voucher number (CRN) or the registration number. The ticket number is the one you receive when you have booked your movie tickets by giving thee choice of multiplex and dates. In spite of this should it ever happen that your ticket is not accepted you will be entitled to a full refund of the same by presenting the proof of the same.

Q.13. I have Blue Ribbon CineRewardz voucher, what is the validity and how to book my tickets?
A.13. These vouchers are valid for all shows from Monday to Thursday and Matinee shows on weekend. Preloaded with 2 pins good to book two movie tickets at CineRewardz.com within 6 months from the date of issuance.

Step 1. First click at Registration Tab at CineRewardz.com and submit voucher no and details. On successful submission you will receive authentication code to book your choice of movies.

Step 2. Click at the Booking Tab at CineRewardz.com submit your authentication no and movie options and dates to get the email and sms confirmation, tender booking confirmation mail received from Rewardport/CineRewardz at the Cinema House/multiplex booking window to exchange paper ticket and enjoy your movies.

Q.14. I have Red Ribbon CineRewardz Voucher, what is the validity and how to book my tickets?
A.14. These vouchers are valid for all shows. Preloaded with 2 pins good to book two movie tickets at CineRewardz.com within 6 months from the date of issuance.

Step 1. First click at Registration Tab at CineRewardz.com and submit voucher no and details. On successful submission you will receive authentication code to book your choice of movies.

Step 2. Click at the Booking Tab at CineRewardz.com submit your authentication no and movie options and dates to get the email and sms confirmation, tender booking confirmation received from RewardPort/ CineRewardz at the Cinema House/multiplex booking window to exchange paper ticket and enjoy your movies.

Q.15. I have a Cine Card, How many tickets I am entitle to, what is the validity and How to book my tickets?
A.15. There are two variants of the card - Silver and Premium.
a) Silver Cine Card: The card is valid for all shows from Monday to Thursday and Matinee shows on weekend.

PLEASE CHECK: The no of pins mentioned on the face of Card,
• 3 months card have 3pins mentioned on the face of Card, good to book 2 movies tickets every month consecutive for three months only,
• 6 months Card have 6Pins mentioned on the face of Card, good to book 2 movie tickets every month consecutive for 6 months.
• 12 months Card have 24Pins mentioned on the face of the Card, good to book 2 movie tickets every month consecutive for 12 months.
• Cine Card holders have to log on to www.cinecard.cinerewardz.com
• To Register click at the Registration Tab at www.CineCard.Cinerewardz.com
• Registration has to be done within 30 days of issuance of Card. Post Registrations click at the Booking Tab and book your Tickets.
• The validity of the Card will be accounted from the date of Registration. Please note that only registered card is valid for Bookings.

b) Premium Cine Card: The card is valid for all days all show.

Q.16.My CineRewardz voucher expires on 31st of the current month. Can i book on or before 31st of the month ?
A.16.Simply put this means that you have to use the voucher for watching a show before 31st of the month.
So as not to miss out the use of the voucher, ensure that you request for booking atleast 2 days before the expiry date. The system will not accept your bookings later than that or for screenings beyond the expiry date.
