| 1.Only registered vouchers with authentication numbers will be valid for processing booking requests. |
| 2.The vouchers will not be revalidated or extended in case you fail to register / activate the same within 15days of its receipt. |
| 3.CineRewardz will require at least two different show options to process the request. |
| 4.A minimum of 2 working days prior to the date of booking is required to process your request. |
| 5.You can book for all shows from Monday to Thursday and only matinee shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. |
| 6.Tickets once issued cannot be changed/ amended. |
| 7.Once booked, CineRewardz or RewardPort cannot be held responsible for any show being cancelled by theater authorities for whatsoever reason. |
| 8.CineRewardz is not responsible for the quality of seats/ movie or any service discrepancies in the theater. |
| 9.This voucher entitles the customer for only a movie ticket and no other facilities in the theater such as food and beverages. |
| 10.Tickets will be issued subject to availability without any seat preference. |
| 11.Redemption is NOT valid for special shows and screening if any. |
| 12.Direct presentation of the voucher at theater/ multiplex is null and void. You will have to follow steps to avail your tickets. |

| Q1.How can I book movie tickets using the CineRewardz Vouchers? There are 2 simple Steps: Step 1. Registration A1.Its is Simple .Your have received your CineRewardz Registration No.(CRN) either on the paper voucher, thru sms or email .Now within 30 days of receiving the CRN you have to register it. For Registration you have to visit www.cinerewardz.com. On registration you get Authentication Number by email on your email address which you have specified at the time of registration. Step 2: Booking Request For giving Booking Request you have to visit www.cinerewardz.com, Select Booking Tab. Fill-up Booking Request Form. Please note that this process has to be done before the voucher expiry date mentioned in your voucher, email or SMS. It is mandatory to give two choices for getting easy availability. Once you book you will receive your movie ticket code on your mobile or email .Present this at the BOX Office Window of the multiplex and you will be issued a paper ticket .You will receive the same on your mobile or email 48 hrs before the show . |
| Q2.Can I book the tickets directly at the multiplex ? A2.No. The tickets cannot be booked directly at the multiplex.Tickets under this program can only be booked by as per the process given above in A1. |

| Q4.What is the validity of the CineRewardz Voucher ? A4.The validity is mentioned on the voucher or thee email .However the vouchers have to be registered within 30 days of receiving them or they expire .Once registered the vouchers are good for booking up to the validity date mentioned . |

A7.The CineRewardz vouchers are valid for booking on all shows Mon thru Thursday and shows before 12 am on FRI,SAT and Sun. The voucher is valid for best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings ,paid preview, premier and gold class seats . |

Q10.Can I do advance booking for forthcoming movies ?
A.10.No. The booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie . |

Q.11.What is the maximum and minimum time required to book the tickets ?
A.11.Tickets can be booked minimum of 2 days and maximum of 7 days in advance .Tickets cannot be booked earlier than 7 days as the schedules of the multiplexes are very dynamic and is subject to change over a short notice |

Q12.What if I show the movie ticket number at the ticket window and it is not exchanged for movie tickets?
A 12.This can only happen if you present the wrong information at the box office .Please remember the number that you have to show is the ticket number and NOT the voucher number (CRN)or the registration number .The ticket number is the one you receive when you have booked your movie tickets by giving thee choice of multiplex and dates .In spite of this should it ever happen that your ticket is not accepted you will be entitled to a full refund of the same by presenting the proof of the same . |
